Shipping policy
​We do our best to dispatch orders as soon as they come in, however the general dispatch guidelines are as follows:

Standard order items - 3-4 business days.

Special orders - 5-7 business days.

Pre-orders could take up to 3 -4 weeks to dispatch. This is dependent on international shipping and customs.

Standard shipping options (for Economy courier) apply to courier flyer bag sizes. Larger items may incur higher shipping charges.

Brightley Retail and Procurement PTY LTD cannot be held liable for any loss or damage to items once it has left our property and handed to the care of the courier companies.
Location
Brightley is an online store only. We have a collection point in Greenstone Hill, Johannesburg, which is open 7 days a week if you would prefer to collect your order and eliminate shipping costs. (you will be notified once the order is ready for collection.)
We do also ship countrywide by either Pudo locker to locker or Courier to door.. Details available on checkout.
